Intuition is a hand-made porcelain form with a relationship to the body and natural environment, that may be incorporated into life in intuitive ways. It emerged from an embodied process that is revealed in its hand scale, fine palm lines and form expressing curves of holding. The qualities of porcelain emphasise a tendency towards tactile and visual subtlety; and encourage a sensibility of receptivity and flow. Like a leaf or rock, its presence in an environment may seem meaningful for its own sake, while also connected with a broader ecology including the creativity of human nature.
